Midcoast Intensive Deposit Policy:

 

Midcoast Fascial Therapy reserves the right to deny a booking if the distance is deemed too far.

​

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all Midcoast Intensive bookings. This is due 30 days prior to your Intensive. 
 

Should you need to reschedule your Intensive, the non-refundable deposit is transferrable for 6 months towards a new booking.

 

Should you need to cancel your Intensive with Midcoast Fascial Therapy, your deposit is non-refundable.

Price of your Intensive does not include accommodations (for those who are traveling from afar)

Cancellation Policy/No Show:

​

Please notify us no less than 48 hours prior to your appointment, including new patient appointments. Should you fail to provide notice of cancellation within 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will be invoiced in full for the missed session. Clients that do not show up for their session will also be invoiced in full for the missed session.

​Late Arrivals:

​

If you arrive late for your session, I will try to accommodate your full appointment if possible. Your session may be shortened to avoid delays for other clients. Full session fee will still be due.

Inclement Weather:

 

John is located in Midcoast Maine and due to the nature of his location understands that sometimes weather can be unexpected. In the event you or John has to cancel due to unforeseen weather, all attempts will be made to reschedule your session with priority.

Refunds:

​

All services and gift certificate sales are final.  No refunds.
